So many diets, so many cookbooks, ocean of information to go through... Trend after trend with promises of great results. Overwhelmed? I know I was. But not anymore. You won't be either once you realize and start living by these two little words; " Eat Healthy". I am here to teach you how. I will help you to separate friend from foe while you're shopping for your next grocery list. You'll once again enjoy great tasting food without harmful additives. I'll share scrumptious recipes with you. You will not believe that healthy can ever taste so good.
REMEMBER, WATER IS LIFE!
We all know how important it is to keep our bodies hydrated. And yet many of us fail to drink enough water through out our days. Most of us can't function without that first morning java, or we'll reach for a sports drink to give us that most needed jolt. Water is needed in our bodies for digestion, absorption of vitamins and minerals, elimination and many many more. So don't skip your clear elixir. I will help you to get into a habit of reaching for your water bottle, and you can thank me later.

Exercise is one of the major building blocks of a healthy body. It helps us maintain optimum weight, decreases risk of developing certain diseases, aids with better sleep and stress reduction, it even delays aging. We can go on and on about the benefits of regular exercise. What keeps us from committing to an exercise regimen then? Why can't we take 20 min a day to get that heart beating faster? While working together, you and me dive deep into that conversation and tackle the issues that are preventing you from committing to your healthiest self.

It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to live a healthier lifestyle, but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where I come in. Umit Wellness Coaching offers a variety of services and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on reaching all of your health and wellness goals. ONE ON ONE HEALTH COACHING
You and I will team up together to set you up for success in achieving your wellness goals.
We will meet every week for minimum three months, for 50min each session, in person or over skype/facetime and discuss how you did each week in getting and keeping yourself healthy. We will go over your eating habits, establish exercise routines. I will help you understand what is working for you and what we need to change. We will not stop there until you reach your goal. And I will be your biggest cheerleader along the way.
We might be in a group setting, but I will guide each and every single one of you individually, depending on your needs and where you're at in your wellness journey. You will get additional support from your fellow health seekers and we will cheer each other on every time we meet for our session. Our group will be made of 3-5 people and sessions will be 90 -120 min long depending on the group size.
All I ask is your commitment for a minimum of three months. That's when you start seeing and feeling the change you'll fall in love with.
